DEADLINES ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

CONVENTIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Shrimps orders are delivered on Thursdays and Fridays each week.
Orders placed until Tuesday at 18:00h will be delivered on Thursdays.
Orders placed between Tuesday from 18:00h and Wednesday at 23:00h will be delivered on Fridays.
Orders placed from Wednesday, at 23:00h, will be delivered the following week.
All deliveries will be made in the morning, without exception, and by our logistics operator SEUR Frío, to guarantee the maintenance of the cold chain during transport.
Under no circumstances will deliveries be made during the weekend.
We fish on demand for all orders to guarantee the maximum freshness of the shrimps, which are delivered 24 hours after being caught. However, under no circumstances can orders be delivered within 24 hours of placing the order. Please see delivery dates above.

Ultra-fresh: to always guarantee the maximum freshness of all our shrimps, it takes only one hour from harvesting to cooking and packaging our cooked shrimps.

Shrimps: without additives, sustainable and Spanish.

Sustainable local product: our shrimps are produced and farmed in Spain through sustainable aquaculture methods. A unique production system under the concept of “Zero Waste” and capable of minimizing CO2 emissions.

Cooked: we cook our shrimps for the exact time with our recipe based on water, bay leaf and the right touch of salt.

Recognitions: recipe awarded with the FLAVOR OF THE YEAR 2020 in Spain. In addition, Noray has continued to be awarded the Alimentos de España award in the Fisheries and Aquaculture category.
