Cocktails, music and traditional Mexican cuisine inspired in the Pacific and designed by the chef Roberto Ruiz in Madrid. In a privileged location next to Puerta de Alcalá, Barracuda MX offers a menu full of remarkable, easy to understand and enjoyable meals, where there is room for special techniques such as fish and seafood in batter or carved.
A cuisine that speaks about balance, reflecting stories and narrating what the people who make Barro -from the winegrowers to the cattle farmers and the kitchen team- observe on a daily basis. A space where gastronomy is understood as a living whole.
Located in the Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero, the Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena Hotel 5* opened in 2015 into the best preserved cistersian monastery of Europe, Santa María de Valbuena from s. XII in San Bernardo (Valladolid). A peaceful heaven with sustainable ADN that joins tradition and modernity in all of its areas, and where to taste the best delicacies of the local gastronomy.
This is the reconversion of the old plumbing of the Royal Site located in La Granja de San Ildefonso, very close to the Royal Palace and the gardens of La Granja.
