How to prepare the recipe of Taco of toreado shrimps

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 18 headless Noray shrimps, peeled, cleaned and halved
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • ½ cup of guacamole
  • ½ chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ julienned white onion
  • 20 ml of white vinegar
  • Fine salt
  • Oregano

 

Fort he toreado sauce

  • 3 jalapeño peppers
  • 1 lime juice
  • 10 ml of soy sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

 

Elaboration

  • Brown the jalapeño chiles in a frying pan, let them cool and grind them with the rest of the ingredients of the toreada sauce.
  • Sauté the shrimps with the toreada sauce in a frying pan.

 

FINAL AND PRESENTATION:

  • Heat the tortillas and put some guacamole on the base and the shrimp on top.
  • Finish with lettuce and onion seasoned with vinegar, salt and oregano.
