Sauteed vegetables with Noray shrimps

Vegetables are a very tasty, healthy and colorful option that combines perfectly with the qualities of our shrimps to prepare any recipe. This preparation, as well as being a super nutritious meal, respects the properties of the vegetables by using the sautéing technique.

How to prepare the recipe of Sauteed vegetables with Noray shrimps

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 250 gr of shrimps
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 garlics
  • Chilli pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds

 

Elaboration

  • Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets. Cook it in a pot with plenty of water for 3 minutes to soften slightly and keep the green color. Cool in cold water and ice.
  • Cut the rest of the vegetables into thin strips.
  • Sauté the vegetables in a very hot frying pan over a high heat, and, when they are tender, add the shelled shrimps, leaving only the tail.

 

FINAL AND PRESENTATION:

  • Prepare the spicy oil separately by heating olive oil and adding it to the chilli pepper until infused.
  • Serve the stir-fry in a bowl and add the spicy oil and a few sesame seeds.
