How to prepare the recipe of Oysters with Noray shrimps and black aguachile

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 6 headless Noray shrimps, peeled and cleaned
  • 6 open oysters
  • ½ chopped cucumber
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • Chopped chives
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Maldon salt
  • Ground black pepper

 

For the black aguachile:

 

  • Lime juice
  • Cucumber
  • Chilli peppers
  • Cilantro
  • Tatemada tortillas
  • Soy sauce

 

Elaboration

  • Cook the shrimps in boiling salted water. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl with ice and set aside.

For the marinade

  • Mash all the ingredients together and set aside.

 

FINAL AND PRESENTATION:

  • Top each oyster with a spoonful of the black aguachile and one of the cooked shrimps.
  • Add some of the chopped cucumber, red onion and chives.
  • Finish with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Maldon salt and ground black pepper.
