How to prepare the recipe of Noray shrimps burger

Ingredients (for 4 people)

For the preparation and plating:

  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30 gr of fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh coriander
  • 450 gr of chopped shrimps
  • Breadcrumbs to bind the mixture
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • Salt and pepper

 

For the sauce:

  • 300 gr of Greek yogurt
  • 40 gr of grated cucumber
  • 3 teaspoons of fresh coriander for the mixture

 

Elaboration

  • Sauté the chopped onion, garlic and ginger in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add the cumin and the coriander to the sauté and leave over medium low heat until poached and then cool.
  • Chop the shrimps, season with salt and pepper and add the poached and cooled onion. Add the egg and breadcrumbs and mix. Shape into hamburgers.
  • Put a frying pan on the fire with a little oil and sear for 2 minutes on each side over medium high heat.

 

FINAL AND PRESENTATION:

  • For the sauce, mix the Greek yogurt with the grated cucumber and fresh coriander.
  • Toast the burger bun in the pan.
  • Put a lettuce leaf, ¼ of sliced avocado, the burger, the cucumber slice and sauce to taste.
  • Enjoy!
