How to prepare the recipe of Noray curry shrimps with basmati rice

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 200 gr of raw shrimps
  • 100 gr of basmati rice
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 50 ml of coconut milk
  • Curry paste
  • Lime zest
  • Lime juice
  • Coriander

Elaboration

  • Chop the garlic and sauté in a large pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the chopped peppers and cook until soft.
  • Mix with the curry paste or curry powder if you prefer.
  • Cook over high heat with the coconut milk until it is integrated with the softened vegetables.
  • Peel the shrimps and set aside.

 

FINAL AND PRESENTATION:

  • Cook the basmati rice for 14 min. Once cooked, add the lemon zest and finely chopped coriander for extra flavour.
  • Add the shrimps to the vegetable mixture and cook for one minute.
  • Serve the curry with rice to taste and a slice of lime.
