How to prepare the recipe of Gobernador taco with Noray shrimps

Ingredients (for 4 people)

For the coastal sauce:

200 gr of green tomatillo
20 gr of white onion
5 gr of peeled garlic
1 teaspoon of fine salt
1 tablespoon of ox powder
15 gr of coriander
10 gr of chili de arbol
250ml of water

For preparation and plating:

8 wheat tortillas
300 gr of cleaned shrimps cut in cubes
8 Italian peppers
1 small onion
2 tablespoons of butter
15 ml of oil
1 teaspoon of fine salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
200 gr of cheese mix
Chili de arbol coastal sauce

Elaboration

For the coastal sauce, cook all the ingredients in water. Once boiled, blend with half of the liquid and set aside.
Cut the peppers in half and fry them for two minutes in abundant oil, then set aside until they are cold. On one side, keep the ends and chop the rest.
Sauté the onion and shrimps in a frying pan with oil and butter. Then, let it cool and set aside.
Mix the cheeses, the shrimps and the chopped pepper in a bowl.

FINAL AND PRESENTATION:

Fill the ends of the peppers with the shrimp mixture.
Next, heat the tortillas and peppers in the oven.
Finally, pour the sauce over the tortilla and place the filled peppers on top.
