How to prepare the recipe of Toritos of Noray shrimps

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 16 head-on shrimps, but butterflied open
  • 2 jalapeño chillies in strips without seeds
  • 16 slices of bacon
  • 75ml barbecue sauce
  • ½ small onion, chopped
  • chopped coriander
  • 1 lime

 

Elaboration

  • Stuff the shrimps with the jalapeño pepper strips.
  • Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon.

 

FINAL AND PRESENTATION:

  • Mark the rolled shrimps in a frying pan with oil.
  • Serve with barbecue sauce mixed with onion, lime and coriander.
