From Medina del Campo, at Noray we grow shrimps in an indoor farm using a sustainable production process in which we don´t add additives or preservatives at any stage of the production chain. A pure, fresh shrimp from Valladolid.
Since its beginnings in La Seca, the Menade family has produced its wines with the utmost respect for the natural verdeja grape, hence the creation of an organic wine, without the addition of sulfur either in the field or in the winery, without sulfur or copper treatments. According to the locals, “a verdeja like the ones from the old days”.

Ultra-fresh: to always guarantee the maximum freshness of all our shrimps, it takes only one hour from harvesting to product packaging.
Shrimps: without additives, sustainable and Spanish.
Sustainable local product: our shrimps are produced and farmed in Spain through sustainable aquaculture methods. A unique production system under the concept of “Zero Waste” and capable of minimizing CO2 emissions.
Raw: Sushi quality and ideal for preparing tartares, ceviches or carpaccios at home.
Our shrimps contain no additives. And we fish them on demand to guarantee maximum freshness.
Origin: aquaculture product reared in Spain.
Species: Litopenaeus vannamei.
Ingredients: White shrimp (CRUSTACEANS). Free of additives.

Date of packaging/expiration date/batch number indicated on the labelling of each product. The shelf life of our fresh raw shrimps is 7 days from the time they are caught.
Instructions for use and storage: keep between 0 and 4ºC. Open 20 minutes before consumption. We recommend rinsing the product with cold water immediately before cooking or consumption. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Suitable for freezing.
