We are proud to announce that David de Jorge has recently joined Noray as our new Brand Ambassador. David gained vast experience in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world: Zuberoa (Hilario Arbelaitz), Lés Prés d’Eugénie (Michel Guérard), Bastide Saint Antoine (Jacques Chibois), and Akelarre (Pedro Subijana); and has been working, side by side, with Martin Berasategui throughout the last 30 years as his main collaborator.
We “fell in love” with his speech and expertise, his respect for local high-quality products and, of course, his commitment to sustainability.

If there is anyone who knows how to make us enjoy around a table, this is, undoubtedly, our good friend and Brand Ambassador Roberto Ruíz.
His authenticity, creativity, and respect for the local fresh products, along with his special ability to “mexicanice” Iberian products, have made him the very first chef to achieve a Michelin star in Europe thanks to his proposal of Mexican cuisine from the pacific coast. That’s why we knew that our shrimps couldn’t be in better hands!
At Punto MX* he dazzled us by cooking a very authentic Mexican gastronomic proposal, and, since then, he has managed to amaze all of us during every visit we’ve made to any of his new restaurants: Barracuda Madrid, and Mantarraya MX in Marbella; or with his more informal version of “taqueria” at Salón Cascabel, and his MXRR delivery service.
A staunch defender of proximity products who is truly committed to full traceability, Roberto works his magic to create the best aguachiles, ceviches and tartares using Noray shrimps and among many other mouth-watering recipes.
